New product development (NPD) is the complete process of bringing a new product to market. We forecast future trends and predict consumer behaviour to help retailers and brands build commercially successful and inspiring product ranges across horticulture. Our NPD team are highly regarded throughout the horticultural industry and the strength of the team is key to maintaining and obtaining future business.

Hours Part time covering 22.5 hours per week
Start Date ASAP
Location Butters Flowers, Clay Lake, Spalding, Lincolnshire.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Creating and designing products.
Selling & presenting to supermarkets and online customer accounts.
Negotiating & engineering costs from hardware to packaging.
Daily dealings with Far East suppliers.
Maintaining product development trackers.
Sourcing new hardware & design ideas.
Ensuring internal stakeholders are kept aware at all stages of development.
Managing the critical path process and samples for all customer presentations, press shows & photo-shoots.
